2.4 Registration Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must update their account details promptly should any information change. phcc6 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.
2.5 KYC Verification. phcc6 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may have withdrawal access suspended pending compliance review.
3.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their phcc6 account.
3.2 Members must not share account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through a Member's account is the responsibility of that Member, whether or not the activity was authorized by them.

3.4 phcc6 accounts are strictly non-transferable. Members may not sell, transfer, or assign their accounts or any account balances to any third party.

Failure to provide such documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

5.4 Promotion Modifications. phcc6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not apply retroactively to promotions already claimed in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcc6 and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the phcc6 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and multimedia elements — is the property of phcc6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phcc6 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11.1 phcc6 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcc6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 phcc6 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the phcc6 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or service interruptions beyond phcc6's reasonable control.
11.3 phcc6's total liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phcc6's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by phcc6's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12.1 These Terms and all matters relating to phcc6 membership and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and phcc6, the Member must first contact phcc6 support via the Live Chat function to seek an informal resolution. phcc6 will endeavor to resolve all Member disputes within fourteen (14) business days of formal notification.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Members may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. The decision of PAGCOR's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties in respect of gaming-related disputes.
12.4 Any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 phcc6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Members via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
13.2 Continued use of the phcc6 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept revised Terms, they must cease using phcc6 and may close their account by contacting support.
